Nova Sports Academy is a planned indoor racquet club for the Prosper / Celina area of Texas. This page explains what we collect when you register your interest, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
We are not open yet and we are not selling anything. Registering your interest is free, non-binding, and involves no payment.
What we collect
When you submit the interest form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Which sport interests you, how often you would play, who would use the club, and whether you want coaching — all optional
- Your ZIP code, if you provide it
- Basic referral information, such as which advert brought you to the page
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or health information.
Why we collect it
- To gauge whether there is enough demand to build the club
- To decide how many badminton and pickleball courts to build, and what opening hours to run
- To email you about progress, and to offer founding membership before we open
Your answers shape the plan. That is the whole reason we ask.
Who can see it
Only Nova Sports Academy. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is stored by our form provider, Formspree, and by the email service we use to contact you. Both act on our instructions only.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform, and so we can show follow-up adverts to people who have visited this site. You can control this through your Facebook ad preferences, or by using your browser's privacy settings.
How long we keep it
Until the club opens and you decide whether to join, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project does not proceed, we will delete the list.
Your choices

- Ask us to delete your details entirely, at any time
- Ask us what we hold about you
